Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is fair I have filed my taxes with turbo tax 7 or 8 years now and I do like them. They are a quick way to get them done and out of the way. What I do not like is the high charge for doing your taxes yourself because you had to use another form. Then when you use your refund to pay for your bill they charge another 40.00 because you used YOUR refund....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax was great, Olinda went above and beyond! It was a great experience using full service, barely had to lift a finger and my tax advisor (Olinda) took care of all the little details and went above and beyond to help me understand the process.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor UX scheme At first was introduce turbo tax live to try for free, then when I try to file eventually, I cannot downgrade it, which I am required to clear and refile, this was time-consuming, and a deadly trap for the user. You should design a disclaimer, that if some of these feature were used, you cannot downgrade anymore.
