Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worst year for State Product in history I downloaded the MD Fiduciary program for $55 and it is worthless. We had to manually select the forms we needed, most of the numbers weren't transferred from Federal product and we had to flip back and forth to manually add them. There were errors in calculations that continued to be reported even after we manually corrected the values. The MD Fiduciary product is a waste of money - fill out the paper forms yourself.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Necessary Evil I hate that I need to pay $295 to e-file my taxes because I'm a small business owner. Yet, I need the walkthrough guidance and step by step process. The only great help this year was the live chat (have to wait 15 mins to connect) but once on, he patiently answered my questions for about 20 minutes until I understood everything. The bot chat is worthless!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Ok Mortgage interest field for rental property fails to update, calculates in the background but still shows as "not started". Also, forms are generated in the background and if you go back and change your answer, no longer requiring that form it still exists and causes a problem at the final review. Only to correct is to remove all information and start over. When using the "tab" button to scroll through inputs it should not stop on hyperlinks...should move to the next input field.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is truly awesome, easy to follow and use I've utilized Turbo Tax for several years now. The format is easy to understand and the helpful suggestions are thoroughly explained. It's like "Taxes for Dummies", its just that helpful and easy.
