Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is easiest Tax filing tool ever I have. TurboTax is awesome and easiest tax filing tool, I have ever seen. On each and every step, this tool have mentioned self-explanatory definitions. Additionally there is "TurboTax FAQ" section, which I loved the most because whenever I had any doubts this section explained everything. It saved my time for searching and additionally I gained more deeper knowledge explained in a good and easy way. All forms used in this tool was very interactive and easy to use, even bug free. As a software professional, I really appreciate the effort you have added to develop such a fantastic tool. Thank you very much.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible product Cant file extension online - oh comon. That is the simplest form of all. And after all these years, still no online filing for IL state. This sucks. I wanted to try TT but Taxact was better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Second decade I'm pretty sure I'm into my second decade using TurboTax, and I'll keep using it as long as I can. Makes the process as clear as it can be, given what it is, and has always worked out well for me. Very satisfied.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Constantly harassing you for more money. Through the whole process they just try to squeeze more money out of you. They advertise as free, then $59 to file as self employed, then $118 dollars total to file state, because they charge redundantly. Then to top it all off, they sneak $44 more onto the price for a "premium service" that I never asked for and now need to notice and remove before paying. Maybe they'd make more money if they spent less time making me hate them and look for more options. Their methods are sleezy, and make me feel exploited.
