I had a situation where I work remotely, living in one state and working in another. On top of that, I moved mid-year, so there was a third state in the mix. Both of the experts working on my taxes explained what was going on with my taxes along the way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Taxes done!! The Turbo Tax product is very good. It spells everything out for you and also provided so many examples to assist with filing out forms. Ariel helped us get through some of the tougher sections we had to do that caused us confusion. It was a multiple state filing and presented some challenges. She was patient, pleasant, courteous, respectful and most of al knowledgeable. We were able to complete our taxes and submit them with her help.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT EXPERIENCE USING TURBO TAX For the past few years, we have used a CPA for filing our taxes, and this year we switched back to Turbo Tax. We find that the ease of use and size of return beats the CPA we have used for years.
