Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazingly, easy do-it-yourself tax product! Love the simple, step-by-step process to complete my taxes. It's reassuring to know that tax experts are available throughout the entire process. It's comforting, knowing that I don't have to be the tax expert, but that tax experts are doing the job or me. Love that I have immediate access to online chat tool, or the opportunity to schedule time to speak with an expert.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from NY non-resident return was not easy The step-by-step to put in the NY K-1 was not good. Unlike California where this is a nice column prefilled with the federal K-1 and a column next to it for any adjustments, there is no such screen in the NY tax return software. I hope this can be improved for 2022. Luckily, one of your tax experts Thomas was able to coach me through how to get the right information into the right schedules.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Keep your CDs I tried to access a couple of older year returns, but could not because I got rid of the CD cases that held the activation codes. Ridiculous that you activate on your computer and then that activation disappears in a year or two. Also must use forms to enter certain data.

I had given up because I thought i could not file taxes as I was wayyy past the standard April 15th date. Received e mail fro them in Oct saying I could still file...and I proceeded successfully.
