Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible service! From 8915-F was unavailable until mid March. I was not told about this until I paid for the service. The Form was faulty and return rejected. Turbo’s own system wouldn’t allow me to fix it. Agents have no clue how to fix it and Turbo didn’t help whatsoever. Custer service is horrible! You’ll spend hours on phone with agents who have no clue and can’t help. I figured out by online forums. Never again Turbo. . I don’t even give it one star.

I had three W-2s and thought it would be complex, but TT Premium made it easy to navigate. The QR code/picture upload function is really great and worked on all but one of my docs. Keep up the great product improvements!
