I have used TurboTax for years and have no reason to try anything else for my tax reporting

Please Turbo tax Business 2020 has an updating error that will not let me get past the update tax software in order to file my return. The error states that it is waiting for the updating service but and is waiting for other updates to finish. From my search on the internet it seems to be a common problem that Turbo Tax can't fix and has not provided any quidance to repair.
