Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax blew it on my Pennsylvania Return When completing my Pennsylvania forms, somehow I got locked into an EU form indicating that I had zero business expenses. Turbotax insisted on me giving a name, address, etc for this business even though there was none and evn though the value was zero. There was nothing I could do to get out of filling out this form, even though it was created totally in error. I am retired and have no business expenses.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Absolutely frustrating. First off.....I somehow got stuck on the Super free edition that wouldnt allow me to submit because i made too much money. So i had to make another account,and start all over. There is NO option to upgrade from there. Support was dang near impossible to get ahold of. Finally got everything figured out on a new account,and the CAPTCHA code to file.....would not show a CAPTCHA. So i had to close out of chrome,download and install firefox,and go back through the process. Ive used TT a lot,but this year was BEYOND frustrating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from THEY MAKE IT SO EASY Turbotax business is awesome. They make it as easy as possible. I looked at the form I had to file prior to using turbo tax, and was completely lost. But after using Turbotax business I will most likeyly be doing my own business taxes for now on.

Thank you for keeping up with tax changes and producing a great program. I have work for tax preparation company and I feel that Turbo Tax is better and I advise my friends and family to use this program.
