Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Awesome TurboTax if you are a 1040 filer Took me toooooo long. Kept asking same questions. I couldn't find my Adjusted Gross Income from the year before and TurboTax sent me to the IRS Site that could not help me. It was unpleasant and I hate this horrible run around. I've used TurboTax since 2014 and this year was the worst. They add tons of questions to pretend to add value - I put that I am a 1040 person with nothing to report and still they made me do the same long song and dance. Especially when an option here is to upload your info from your W2s. Are they doing us a service? No. IRS should have this service available. I don't have an option to suggest here. Last year I paper filed for the first time since 2014 and that made this all worse. Welcome.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Okay But.... TurboTax isn't as straight forward as it should be. Just one of several issues. After you complete your return it gives you one shine to print for your records then it isn't so easy. The should be a print button so you can print it at any point. Really... it should be easier.
