Rated 3 out of 5 by from Problem? No help My e-filing was rejected by the IRS supposedly because the AGI didn't match previous year. After requesting a copy from IRS, I confirmed that the AGI DOES match. Contacted TurboTax for advice. Waited 30 minutes. Spent another 25 online with a tax "expert" who eventually copy/pasted text from a manual essentially saying "sometimes these things happen. You can just print and mail your form." Wow. $145 well spent.

I appreciate the double check and even triple checking things before you actually file. I have not reason to use another service. Thank you Turbo tax!!
