Rated 2 out of 5 by from It sucked This year sucked. I purchased the DVD from Staples it would not download despite my computer working perfectly. Had to go online to download. I tried to use the feature to transfer info/import. IT DIDN'T WORK!!!!

Would not proceed to file online, (despite having paid for it.) This year, my AGI is incorrect, according to the IRS. I absolutely did use the correct number. So, can't file online again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I have problems. last three years I have problems with a small business and all of the automation for home office that creates reoccurring error loops at the completion and forms check, this year the errors kicked me out of the e-file and then had problems with printing.
