Each expert was a huge help to me. This part was quite confusing, but the experts were all knowledgeable and patient with my questions.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Couldn't get live assistance I bought the plan to get live assistance and then when I tried to get it, it just spun and spun no one came on. I tried to change the plan charge since I couldn't get any live help, but Turbo Tax doesn't allow you to do that

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is easy to use Easy to use. Wish it was cheaper but it was much cheaper than going back to my Accountant wish is why I selected it. Happy to pay for the ease of use and using their expertise in knowing which forms to use and file.
