Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hidden Calculations I was disappointed when I reviewed my tax return to see that Turbo tax calculated a tax penalty without ever going through the calculation or showing the schedule. All my income occurred in December when I did a Roth conversion. Any tax due is being paid with my return. I had to figure out by myself how to file a waiver of penalty and get the amount removed from my return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent I ran into a snag filing my State return for which I received assistance from a pleasant well informed young lady from Alabama. She patiently worked with me for over an hour trying to unsnag an irretrievable error I had made. I am very appreciative of the online help provided by Turbotax, kudos and thanks to your representative.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use, but had to upgrade twice. Easy to use. Had to keep upgrading my product as I went along, which was a bit annoying. Took longer to complete than I thought. I had to upgrade my product because I had received one 1099-MISC with no deductions. I don't even have my own business and I chose not to itemize.

I was so discouraged after visiting a real person at HR Block and was told I'd have to pay almost $1,000 because of the nature of my return. It took me several hours, but once I was finished, I was relieved to learn I'd only have to pay $230! THANK YOU THANK YOU!
