They were able to fix the problem and answer questions every step of the way! We will never use any other service!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It made me pay for TurboTax Premium! I have used TurboTax for many years and this year is the first time I had to pay for TurboTax Premium. It didn't alert me if I will need to pay for that level. My taxes are very typical one. There is no way to downgrade it EXCEPT staring your return from scratch. Clever way to trap me at the end! I am not sure if I will continue to use TurboTax next year.
