Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Great!!! I've used Turbo Tax for several years now, and find it an excellent tax service. It's easy to use, up to date on tax laws, and I enjoy doing my own taxes. I tell my family and friends about Turbo Tax, and if they used the service once, they would use it from then on. I would never go to another tax preparer as long is there is Turbo Tax!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unexpected High Fees For Side Gigs I drove for Lyft for two weeks last year. In order to add the related expenses into my return, I would have to upgrade. This would cost $90 more federal and $40 more State. Why should a small side gigs cost OVER A HUNDRED DOLLARS extra to file properly? The overall software is an acceptable experience, but designed to squeeze every dollar possible out of their customers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from love turbo turbo is laid out very well. Rosemarie was wonderful. she was extremely patient, helpful and had a great sense of humor. I was not ready and my computer is very slow. she has the patience of a saint. My business started off as a joke that i am stuck with. we had a good laugh about it. I had accidentally click on a wrong form that was holding up my refund. she was able to help me delete the form so i was able to file right away. Rosemarie told me valuable tax info that i definitely needed for my business
