Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is nice and convenient until... TurboTax is nice and convenient until they force you to pay for a service to allow you to properly a file a tax return document. Halfway through my taxes I found out I had to pay TurboTax to file a 1099-B form because the "free" version wasn't able to do it. It's a nice tool, until they pull stuff like this to make money off of you. I didn't know what else to do since I was so close to finishing my taxes, it's also annoying that they charge an extra $39 to take the money out of your tax return. Next year, I'll be looking elsewhere to file my taxes for free.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great experience with TurboTax Live Full Service I was pretty amazed at how quickly Turbo Tax connected me with a full service Premier CPA. My CPA was able to thoroughly review my particular tax situation and complete my return within hours. I am amazed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Turbotax I was able to file my return in less than an hour. I selected the paid option for the first time and I am glad that I did. I was able to get extra tax credits and also the customer service is great.
