For 5 years while we were living in Europe, we had an accountant do our taxes because of the hard to understand items. Now that we're back, the expertise of Turbo Tax can get us through this confusing process.

Helped me a lot on some trivial questions and explained with great detail what it was asking me for so that I could fully understand.
