Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor interface The coordination between the File method and the Easy Step method is very poor. If you use one to fill out one form, you often can't modify it from the other method. Or you can't even see what you did sometimes. Terrible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy, Accurate and all-in-one perfection. I am not tax savvy, and I don't need to be.. I have used Turbo-Tax for to many years to remember the first time I used it. I would never consider any other tax prep product, ever.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX I WAS NOT HAPPY THAT THE TAX CONSULTANT I STARTED WITH DID NOT COMPLETE MY TAX RETURN. I WAS PASSED ON TO ANOTHER CONSULTANT AND I MADE IT VERY CLEAR THAT IF THIS HAPPENS NEXT YEAR I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I HAVE BEEN USING THE SAME CONSULTANT FOR THE PAST 2-3 YRS AND FOUND IT RUDE THAT I WAS CHANGED TO SOMEONE ELSE.

I always paid someone to complete my taxes however this year a friend convinced me to complete my own and I am soooooo happy that I did. Everything has been completed and sent. I may follow up to give you an update on the entire process from beginning to end ….Refund

Rated 3 out of 5 by from disappointed I have been using Turbo Tax for almost 20 years. Each year the software became easier to use. If there was a technical/user issue support with a LIVE individual was always easy to connect to. Not tax issues, just how or where to enter a line item. This year was not what I would expect from Turbo Tax. Using search for solving problem, only expained the topic but not where specifically to enter. Example Businness Inc and Exp. Both my rentals were carried over from previous year. Easy to add 1099income then......what I had to go directly to form to enter. I spent so much time trying to get help in search which you know says go to the botton of page, right 27 pages no where to skip to bottom. Please tell me what I did wrong, I have always recommended TURBO Tax.
