Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is getting worse every year! Turbo Tax is getting worse every year by not providing as much info in the past and making it more difficult to do your taxes by not directing you on what is the best way to enter info.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Turbo Tax We have been using it for several years and find it easy to use. We would not consider using any other product. The ability to transfer much info from the previous year's file is very helpful and is a great timesaver. The only problem we have ever had occurred this year when we tried to file electronically for the first time. Our returns were rejected for incorrect previous year AGI, and after speaking with your Tax expert, we determined that it was due to the fact that the IRS has not processed last year's return and therefore was unable to verify our previous year's AGI (certainly not an error made by Turbo Tax). When I spoke with your Tax expert, Jacqueline, she was extremely knowledgeable, as well as pleasant. She answered several questions for me. Great Customer Service!!! l
