I have used it for several years but this is the first year I had an issue that couldn't be solved with Turbo Tax questions for two reasons. I would click go to section with answers for questions and it would tell me not available. I also spoke to a live help rep and asked a question and was given the wrong information. Makes me a little less likely to trust Turbo Tax overall.
