Rated 4 out of 5 by from walk through questions need work ran into problems in reporting the sale of a rental property. some of the questions are misleading and cause users to delete the entire property. I used the forum several times to try to fix it, and had to re-start my entire return. It is also not clear how to break down the assets involved in the sale of a rental. The TT walkthrough could be so much more helpful, and there are several different answers given in the forum. Some from experts, some from users. So I had to patch together an answer and disregard user comments. When dozens of people have this same problem, it's a problem!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to Use I've been using Turbotax since I started filing taxes (10 years now) and it's always very easy to use. I just started a business last year, and implementing self-employment taxes was fairly easy as well. Then I ran into a problem regarding COVID relief, and the representative who helped me was able to resolve my problem so quickly! Would definitely recommend Turbotax to anyone, especially newbies!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Complicated return! Filed!! I had sold an income producing inherited property with 3 owners. The sidebar in Turbo walked me through everything! Additionally had to file part time residency in 2 states. Turbo pulled everything over that was applicable to each state. 27 pages printed and e-file is done! Couldn't have done it without TurboTax!
