Rated 5 out of 5 by from It was hard at first and then I think I figured it It was kind of hard at first. Only because I'm filing separate from my wife we are separated. So I used to do the taxes I think the previous years were easier and it's not TurboTax as fault I totally blame the federal government for it cuz they change the way the tax code is. I'm 50 years old so changing it was like what? I'm sure I'm not the only one that was frustrated. But TurboTax having it online and downloading the app did make it way easier. And I get to save money I did the free app and free tax filing. Which I think is very cool. Not all of us make a ton of money I'm going to truck driving school and so I'm not working right now I'm just doing the school it takes a bit to get through the truck driving school if you've never been. So getting my taxes back quickly would be great since I'm not working.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax, the easiest way to file your taxes. I've been using turbo tax for a lot of years now. It is very easy to use. It walks you through everything. If you don't know what to do, or if you have questions, the help button will answer your questions. I love turbo tax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Online Platform MUCH easier to work with I had been dreading working on my taxes. My husband kept reminding me that we needed to get it done, and I had been putting it off. In the past I have had to purchase a physical disk and download the software onto my computer. And for 2021 taxes, I was able to purchase turboTax online, but still had to download the software. This year, the entire format was online, and I didn't have to pay anything up front. I found many of the questions this year easier to understand, and the format used to input information was less confusing this year. I do believe I paid more money in this format, but with the experience being easier at least that was worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2023 Review I loved working with the tax expert. She was very educated and answered all of my questions. The only thing I didn't like was that the preparer before getting to my tax expert said it would be all filed in one call. That did not happen. I understand I needed to get a few more things to my tax expert, but it was about two weeks total, which is the same as years past. Please don't advertise that it will get filed the same day, if that is not the case.
