Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is efficient This year was much more challenging and confusing than my previous years. It took me 2.5 days and over 5 hours to complete. Some of the new boxes and information that I needed to input, was very confusing and redundant.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extreme bad First time doing taxes and made my experience horrible. Accident got the wrong package and couldn’t get anyone to fix it. It say wont charge until file but charges before filing and then can’t get refund. Tried to downgrade and was locked out because it already charged. No way to communicate issue and try to fix it. Made it a nightmare for my first time filing it.
