Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is very helpful. I love using Turbo Tax. Occasionally there are glitches. I went to put in my cash donations to my church and it only pulled up goods donated. So I put "money" in with one date. At the end, it was questioned. I was able to find money donations & enter it correctly.

While there were some instances where the product indicated everything looked good, additional items popped up a couple of times when the tool re-checked my entries and then prompted me to provide additional data. The live expert (Manesha) was outstanding. She fully answered all my questions.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I paid for expert help but they were clueless Honestly, the multiple "live experts" I talked to were anything but. They never understood anything and I completely doubt they are really CPAs as I was told. The only advice they gave was to go to the community forum for some random other customer to give me an answer. Unvetted!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from the initial offer was for free but it is not free to finish my taxes I had to upgrade otherwise I would not have been able to do the taxes. Additional US$. 40 for process your payment, it was never disclosed.
