Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Customer Service!!! This is the first time I have ever utilized their online help to have some help filing my taxes. I was having some issues inputting documents and had to call three different times because every time I thought I was good to finish filing I ran into another issue. All three ladies that helped me were amazing and very patient!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great way to DIY your own taxes It is very easy to go through the steps with this program I have been using turbo tax for many years and they continue to impress me and keep adding the additional changes needed to file my taxes correctly. I know so many changes happen every year with the Federal and State taxes so it's reassuring that this task is done for me and I trust this company. Only wish there were more discounts on the pricing

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Only available for PC & does not connect to QBO I have used TurboTax Business for years, my main complaint is that it is not compatible with Mac computers and will not link to QuickBooks online. My Business uses Apple computers all year round, except for tax time when I have to dust off the one PC we have just for Turbotax. Also, This software will only connect to quickbooks on your PC. I swapped to QBO this year and was disappointed to find TT only connects to QB desktop. This TT software is easy to use and i will continue to use it and just keep printing out my forms and copying in all the info.
