Rated 2 out of 5 by from it stinks it takes two days to do your taxes, one day just to load the software..........why does it take so long? I've used turbo tax for at least ten years and every it gets more complicated. This year I had a hard time getting it to just print the required forms for filing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Up, up, and away I am yet again bamboozled I feel like every year, Turbo Tax tries to get me to shell out more money for premium services. There are points where I feel I almost accidentally click the upgrade or have lost track of all of the extra fees that come out of my tax return once I am ready to file.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from it's eh Imagine filing taxes. Then only to get that message that it was filed wrong. And when you try to fix them...the site does everything in it's power to prevent that. I really would like a refund for this because the online help support is a joke. But hey, they still push Mint on you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Once Again, TurboTax is well worth it! We've been using TurboTax for 7 years. Bought and sold homes, refinanced, student loan interest, unemployment income, charitable contributions, etc. Step by step, they walk you through it. I highly recommend upgrading to be able to speak to an expert if your return is at all confusing. I've used this upgrade about 50% of the time and they are spot on every time.
