I could fill out all the forms, but for me, the ability to click and get a thorough explanation of each document is the game changer. You want to feel confident that you're filing correctly, and turbotax provides that.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Bugs Had difficulty this year...probably due to you adding this live aspect. Could not e-file my Michigan returns, but I had paid $90 for this full service. Very disappointed due to no quick resolution for this problem, but to delete the Michigan return to e-file....so then I would have to pay for Michigan to be filed alone? Awwww! Very Frustrated!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy to do I like Turbo Tax because they make it easy for you to be able to file your taxes on your own, so you don't have to go out to spend an hour with a person, you can do it from home, on your own time.
