Rated 3 out of 5 by from easy but got too expensive fairly easy if you don't have a lot of factors that go into your taxes, but they have gotten way too expensive. I've been using them for years but this will probably be my last year. It is just not worth it anymore. There are cheaper options that provide the same quality and assistance.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Why isn't Quickbooks online able to transfer info? I don't understand why data won't sync between Quickbooks online and Turbotax. The help desk couldn't help at all. My desktop version of Quickbooks is no longer supported so I changed to the online version thinking it would be seamless. I was wrong. I figured it out but had to do a lot more manual work than previous years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SOMETHING NEW EVERY YEAR WITH THIS PLATFORM!! From start to finish, TurboTax was incredibly easy to use. The step-by-step process made it simple to enter my information accurately, and the software even caught some errors I had made, which saved me a lot of time. This year using the QR code method was fantastic. If I didn't have a form digitally, I just took a picture, cropped it a little bit and within seconds it auto-populated on the screen. This year my taxes were a little completed (I was not having it). I used the Full Service TurboTax Live. I've live video chatted with a couple of representatives about my forms and they got straight down to business. It was painless. Overall, I highly recommend TurboTax Live Full Service Premium to anyone who wants a stress-free and reliable tax filing experience. The service is user-friendly, convenient, and comes with a dedicated tax expert who will ensure that your taxes are filed accurately and compliantly.
