Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent Information, A Few Hiccups I have used TurboTax for years and it has always been excellent but this year it would not let me continue without placing information into the 1098 -E form even though I did not have any student loans outstanding throughout 2020. I deleted the option at first but when it came to review all of my info somehow it got hung up on it being blank even though it should not have been there. At this point I did not see any way to remove the option so I just placed a $0. That and the fact it doesn't tell you upfront that using your federal refund to pay for the service caused me some issues this year. Otherwise, love the web format and that it is easy to educate yourself via the help options.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great and easy Love that Turbo Tax explains sections as you go through the program. I used H&R Block this year at first. I had to use the online program as there is NO CD disc this year and it was TERRIBLE....I will use Turbo Tax from now on!!
