Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use Super easy to use. Paid for a package but should have used the free package so a little disappointed that I was not able to downgrade my package after starting as I only used about 25% of the package I paid for.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from App worked fine until tried to e-file The app worked fine and gave us all the applicable deductions up until we tried to e-file. I finished the return process in less time than the "Race" average time, but it took me an additional 3 hours to get the app to confirm my email address and actually file my state and federal tax returns!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Senior Moments There were some changes on the online forms, plus the name of my company handling my pension changed. At the age of 76, this set me back a bit. I managed to get past it. Also, the fee seems high for such a small amount of information. Retired people don't have an abundance of funds. May try paper forms next year.
