Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax Business was a disappointment Not a lot of help offered by the software compared to the personal product, especially for the state product. The state product for instance, asked me to answer questions like is my business liable for income taxes? Franchise taxes? This is an example of something I would certainly expect the software to help me with.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax worked well. I worked on it for three or four months. I entered data as it came in the mail. It was a user-friendly process. I had trouble finding how to enter one thing, but eventually found out how to do it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and painless to file my return! Loved the feature that pulls personal info from previous returns. And TurboTax made it easy to connect to my banks to pull requisite tax forms. Filed taxes in under an hour this year!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Live Expert was wonderful! As for using the program myself, I didn't see how to skip areas previously finished. It was sometimes confusing to go over the same information multiple times. As to TurboTax Live Expert, I appreciated tax attorney Max's review of my taxes. Between federal and state, Max saved me $692 because of a deduction and exclusion I didn't know I could take this year! Thank you, Max!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid, but still room for future improvements Recommend that we revisiting a section all previous answers should be remembered, including yes/no and check boxes so can revisit, make 1 change, then move forward without needing to re-answer other questions unless want to change answer.
