Rated 3 out of 5 by from Calculations work well, getting support stinks. I have used for 5 years. Data entry is reasonably easy. Getting to support is "EXTREMELY" difficult. Did entire return then could not E-File. They had my fee for E-Filing state return before I found out I could not E-File. More hassle than it was worth. Most likely I will not purchase again next year. Customer support told me to file by mail but could not answer why I could not E-File. Frustration set in, even want you to agree to terms and conditions without defining them. (BELOW)
