Rated 3 out of 5 by from Prefer Online I purchased TurboTax at Costco at a discounted price not realizing it would be a different version than I had done the last several years online. Online is more user friendly and doesn't lag like the offline copy. Had to download and upload docs because of it also. Had I not already spent the money, I would have definitely chose online only. Lesson learned on my part.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It took too long to file I had an awful experience with Turbo Tax last year and I would give it another chance this year, but still they wouldn't efile my Tax. I had to print out and mail to IRS last year. Maybe have to do the same way this year.
