Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to Use Have used Turbo Tax for years with no problem. Easy and simply to use. This year (2020 filing year) I had to PAY to transmit my taxes. This is the first time I have ever had to pay. I felt very let down as Turbo Tax promotes FREE FILING.

We have only had one hiccup this past year with filing and that was on our end but the service was still great and I hope we can continue to use it.
