Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too expensive I don’t get a high return when I get my taxes but i always loved using TurboTax because it’s super easy to do your taxes with the explanation explanations they give but over the years the fees have gotten too much to the point I feel like I’m losing more money. Will look somewhere else next year for tax filing.

Pro: Takes you through the process with explanations - Easy to navigate through your income and deductions - When you logoff then logon it sends you to where you left off - Easy to E-File Cons: I would like it to show that you "owe taxes" instead of having the refund showing a negative number which means owing taxes. It was confusing. I thought I was getting a refund until I added my dividends to the returns then my refund went more negative so I knew at that point negative refund meant I owed money.
