This being the first time I was filing on my own, I had a million questions and I was worried about being judged by friends and colleagues for asking silly questions (I am 30, I should know better!!) But Turbo Tax made it a cake walk for a newbie like me. It was very clear, I made extensive use of the "Explain Why" feature which was like a mind reader, showing answers to questions I had on every single number on the screen. Definitely worth the upgrade and I am going to continue be a Turbo Tax user moving forward.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Job - I mean it is Turbo Tax Overall great experience with TT this year. I purchased and sold Cryptocurrency so I was a bit nervous about filing this year. To compound the issue I also restarted my LLC in a new state, yikes...bit nervous = understatement : ) Luckily TT made the process mostly painless: Pros Easy to use for newbs! Spells out confusing lingo...research = easy Covered my tax situation with ease Cons No/limited import of financial investment documents? Importing spreadsheets to convert for basis process was cumbersome and is added risk for import error. Although research on situations and documents is easy, it could use more depth/examples.
