Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed Last year I used Turbo Tax and it was seamless. This year it was glitchy and the wait times for the help available through Turbo Tax Deluxe Live was less than satisfactory (10 - 20 minutes) I had to call upon help at least 3 times (once with a tax specialist and twice with product support specialists). I had to clear both my federal and state returns very close to the end and start over. I spent a whole Saturday afternoon and evening on what is a relatively simple tax return.
