Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2022 Turbo Tax Review. I've been a TurboTax user for many years. This year has been a challenge using the software. Very confusing when ads for services pop up for add-ons. You have to use back page button to get out of other screens quite often. Feels like they are directing you to buy more and more add-ons. Please keep add-on ads for services after completing the return. Just too confusing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Once again... Turbotax was fairly easy to use. I did have some problems but I was amazed that I received a call (out of the blue) from a Turbotax employee who helped me through the problem I was having. Once I got going I was done in absolutely no time at all.
