Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed in Turbo Tax Couldn't load on my Windows 7 computer. Had to buy a new laptop, transfer all my files to the new one. Had to manually point Turbo Tax to the 2019 files. Turbo Tax handled wages split between two states completely wrong. Couldn't deal with a lack of W-2 from one of my employers (who went bankrupt) and insisted that I enter the employer's tax ID number for both federal and state forms. (I don't know what it is.) Printed the return to mail in all out of order, with some "keep for your records" pages mixed in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use! I have been using TurboTax I think since 2003. I've stayed with it because it is so very easy to use. I am now a senior citizen of 70, and I still consider it a breeze!
