Rated 3 out of 5 by from First Timer! It was a bit confusing with it being my first time and all. I hope i did everything right. But, im glad they offered to option to pay for protection in case something is wrong. That allows for me to have piece of mind.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's only MEH TurboTax should just tell you how much you'll end up paying from the beginning of the page. Or even stops you and give you a warning if you're putting in information that will cause you to be required to upgrade. It's really annoying to get to the end of putting in all of the information and then say upgrade required to move forward at all.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I guess it works ok It is dumbed down way too much. It can be confusing to correlate the online entries to get actual forms. Too much repeating steps if you need to go back an update something (you can't seem to get directly to want you want to edit). The same goes for when you save and restart later.
