The program screwed up my state returns and would not let me edit / remove forms manually. I finally gave up and wanted to restart my returns but that feature has been removed. Waited for help on the phone for about 20 minutes and they were no help. Some forms have no help associated with them, on some pages you cannot zoom in (if you're looking at errors on a form, no ability to zoom in at all).
