Love it because it's easy to use, comprehensively walks me through all the forms each year, covers new situations we sometimes run into. I haven't had a situation the software wasn't able to guide me through. Excellent product!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unbelievable that you have to pay $225 The cost for us to file this return increased from about $57 (already too much) to $225, despite NOTHING changing from last year. This needs to be fixed. Filing a compulsory return should be free.

You don't have the ability to go to specific sections of the actual tax return when you know where data should go so that often ends up taking way longer than it should. If you make a simple click of the wrong thing it sometimes becomes nearly impossible to locate and correct that item. I've used Turbo Tax a long time but they are making it too user unfriendly as they have dumbed it down too much!
