Rated 1 out of 5 by from The product is okay I feel that I was tricked into paying twice as much by filing a Florida State Form when I did not need to. And then I could not talk to a representative without spending more money. I am a long time customer of Turbo Tax. Beware.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Go to every year Turbo tax is super easy to use. Every year I have a mild anxiety episode when it comes time to start my taxes. Logging in immediately relieves that; and it is so quick to finish the taxes. Love the auto-import of information. Like the ease of adding ID protection too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love TurboTax! This is the first year we used a tax expert. Previous years I just used the program to do my taxes. With a new job in a different state and military retirement I wanted peace of mind which I got with the services this year. Simple to use and ease of services made it worth the fees which are minimal in my opinion.
