Rated 4 out of 5 by from Relatively painless..... 1st time submitting it myself with ANY format, never mind online, Turbo Tax's "walk-through" was very good. I received a little bit of ajita with getting my transcripts from the IRS page, but that's not the fault of Turbo Tax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes it easy I had to ask if a personal IRA was the same as my employer sponsored 401K. The "expert" took a long time looking it up and then told me it was the same thing. I had to go back and correct my information to avoid paying a $900 penalty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Their people helped me so much thanks Guendaline and Leslie you guys are the best now that is customer service at it's finest I have been working customer service for 15+ years and I have been very disappointed in the customer service field these last couple years but these two out of four that helped me really went above and beyond since this was my first time filling out the taxes since my fiance passed away 8 months ago he was the one who did it for me I was very overwhelmed and was about to break down and then Leslie got on and could see I was at my breaking point she was very patient with me and charismatic she even helped me get a voucher to lower the amount c of feea
