We used Turbo tax live this year and it was really helpful to ask questions to actual people instead of trying to look everything up and hope for the best. The CPA phone/video appointment with Dolly was easy and she was great. She was engaging and very helpful.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from iT STILL NEEDS WORK I have been using it for a number of years, It used to be free. I do not like that it keeps asking you to upgrade after you already said no! Also, the programmers still have not figured out how to eliminate asking about state taxes when you live in a state that has none. They get paid how much?
