Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's good and fast I am pleased with the service. America's tax system is needlessly complex compared to Australia's. I'm just glad I can pay money to have it done, unlike in Australia where the government tells you exactly what you owe and/or will be refunded.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Overpriced for a basic return Got stuck in a loop for an hour while it had me enter 1099-misc form info that was not listed and not required. Constantly trying to overcharge me for services I don't need. Every year it gets stuck and refuses to work properly.
