Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is awesome! I used Greenback Expat tax services last year and realize that the service was simply not up to par. I'm so thankful to be back on Turbotax this year. I feel much more peace of mind that the return has been thoroughly checked and is bulletproof.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unsatisfactory My wife and I are unsatisfied with the manner in which Charlita dealt with our tax returns. She was mentioned that she will respond promptly to our inquires, but usually took up to a week to respond. She was ambiguous in her responses to our questions regarding the process, and her attitude was demeaning and condescending. Her response to us was basically " I have been doing this job for over 20 years I know what I'm doing." In addition she was pushy, and attempted to get my wife and I to sign off on the form without providing us a satisfactory answer regarding our refund amount. Needless to say, my wife and I are not satisfied with our experience.
