Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes filing easy! With TurboTax my return is easy to prepare. I was payed less than I should've been with the first found of stimulus payments (because they based it on my 2019 return but I had since been unemployed and never received the second payment. Turbotax is able to correct and refund the money owed. TurboTax definitely takes the stress out of doing taxes and I know that my return is set up for audit protection if needed!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax worked very and not too difficult The chat advice was not so helpful. The program remembers forms from previous years and tries to apply them current year. That was frustrating and I could not chat with someone .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is very user friendly! Turbo Tax is so user-friendly even my 18-year-old used their services to file his 3 years ago. For the past 3 years, he used them and had no issues, so I thought I would give them a try. I love it!

Helpful tips and information are provided throughout, with additional information available on each screen to help understand what data is needed. Questionnaire format also helps find additional credits or remind of any other sources to report. Puts a mind at ease knowing they stand behind the product.
