Rated 5 out of 5 by from good for when you need them. I am confused about one thing. I did not ask for help, but a turbo tax prepare reviewed my tax return. I thought that was stranded procedure. I got charged for a prepare helping me, I never ask for help.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbo tax helped me file alone ive always filed my taxes by bugging my parents the entire process about how to file, what i need, or what the forms mean. turbo tax helped me be efficient and answered all my questions with turbo tax live chat. it was the easiest ive ever done my taxes before.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too much to file Turbo tax charges too much money to file. We are going to be looking elsewhere to file. They charge to file state taxes, federal taxes, and then charge to take the money out of your refund!
