Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not easy to navigate for older filers. Extremely confusing to us older folks who grew up with only manual pushbutton adding machines. You should KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) for those of us who are extremely electronically challenged. The main problem was getting to the first page to begin entering my information. And you keep trying the MAX option on me. Once I rejected it then it should stay rejected throughout. Period!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from too many steps at the end Overall I like turbo tax and have found the live help useful. But the video calls did not work and I just ended up doing a chat. Also at the last minute I though everything was fine when I was signing and there were all these Ads asking you to sign up for superfluous and frivolous stuff like ID theft monitoring and then at the very end we find out you want even more information about my new spouse like his AGI that we have to go search for and we wasted time signing up for your dumb add-ons and now our tax-filing is late by a day.
